I completed Sarah’s 12 week fertility program and it was an amazing experience. Every week I was given information about fertility challenges. At the end of the information there was always a recap and steps to follow; which made following this program so easy. It was simple things that you could gradually add in to each week so you are not feeling overwhelmed and could see the progress you were making. At the end of the week there would be a check in which was awesome because Sarah would always follow up if you had any struggles, questions and successes that she wanted to celebrate with you.
Going into week 6, I found out I was pregnant after a year of trying.
Even after the program was completed, Sarah provided tips and reached out to make sure I was feeling good throughout my pregnancy.
I highly recommend working with Sarah, if you are struggling like we were or just wanting to learn ways to become healthier in your journey.
You will have a great support system if you do!

I had a few health concerns at the time I contacted Sarah and started working with her. Overall, I'm a health conscious person but I knew there were a lot of things that could be tweaked to further optimize my health. I was looking for help managing my sleep issues and hormonal changes. I worked with Sarah for 3 months and during that period she took the time to dig deeply into my medical history, my symptoms and my background to craft a plan that was right for me. I decided to Give Peas a Chance and it was one of the best things I ever did for myself. I knew there was massive opportunity to improve on my overall nutrition but working with Sarah I realized I didn't need to make massive changes, just small tweaks that were manageable and sustainable. The best thing about Sarah was that she really listened, she was so thorough and talked about all aspects of health (even the uncomfortable ones). I learned so much during our conversations, she took time to research and teach, and those lessons continue to stick with me long after our sessions are done.
I have a son that struggles with his weight, and he was another motivator in my reaching out to Give Peas a Chance. We have spent years working with the the paediatric centre for weight and health with little success. This knowledge I have gained comes from the time Sarah spent with me, and the knowledge she shared in an encouraging and non-judgemental setting.
All of the problematic symptoms identified during our early sessions are gone, I didn't know it was possible to feel this good!

I can't recommend Give Peas a Chance enough. I went to Sarah after over a decade of being in pain, uncomfortable, and just overall unwell. I had taken it as my 'normal' but finally realized I didn't want to feel like crap anymore. I first went to my doctor, but all I got from that is "you're probably celiac" which I know I'm not.
Sarah offered me a very safe, free of judgment, environment. She got the information she required for her assessment without it feeling invasive, and I finally got an answer. She provided me with a LOT of information, not just a name for my problem. Everything I ingested, be it food, drinks, or even supplements, was broken down into how it
affected my body - both positively and negatively. She educated me in so many things, and it all makes sense now!
I truly feel she's been with me every step of the way as I changed my lifestyle.
I also asked Sarah to provide me with 4 weeks of meal plans, as I have never been a planner, nor a good eater. I must confess, I thought I would fail.... but she made it so easy for me that I am now entering week 4 without failing at all. It's important to note that she requested feedback after every week, and that all meal plans were tailored to ME.
Most importantly, I felt listened to every step of the way. Symptoms-wise, and nutrition-wise (not so much avocado, please!!) I truly owe Give Peas a Chance a lot.
